4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. Firm directory details you choose to publish are visible to the public. We share data with service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery and website hosting), and with authorities where required by law.
5. International processing
Some of our service providers may process data outside Pakistan. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as you hold membership or an account with us, and thereafter only as long as necessary for our legitimate business and legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, email info@aopa.pk.
